The coming rain is an overriding factor in everything surrounding this project, including building materials. If it were even possible to buy the new materials in the required quantities, the cost would be exorbitant and they would very likely not arrive in time, Lombok just doesn't have the infrastructure to support it. Luckily the recovery rate of building materials is incredibly high and Lombok Heroes are being extremely resourceful.
